Beautiful example of vintage dress from the 1930s era. Rich cotton velvet in a deep dark chocolate color features lots of draping, ruching, and lovely little swirls around the heart shaped neckline. It has buttons to close under the arm; a self belt buckles in back. The skirt is slightly full. The sleeves are 3/4 with darts at the elbow. No label, so may have been made at home.
